International Consulting Project (ICP)

An International Consulting Project (ICP) is an intensive, full-time, seven-week consulting assignment (plus 1 week of preparation time) in which MBA teams are 100% focused on finding solutions to clients' strategic issues.

During the ICP, a team of multicultural, multi-disciplinary MBA "consultants", supported by an IMD Faculty member, deliver fresh, unbiased insights to your business. Together, we create novel solutions with real impact for our clients.

Projects may take different shapes, but typically involve in-depth assessments of the industry and market contexts, appraisals of key issues, reviews and evaluations of strategic options, recommendations, and considerations for implementation and stakeholder engagement.
