She comes at these issues through her work with Giving Women, collaborating with women philanthropists to support non-profits focused on improving the lives of women and girls at the bottom of the pyramid, and through her social business, the Mastermom Platform, that works to increase the value of women's work inside and outside the home. “Gender Equality: tackling the issue from multiple angles” On Women's Day Elianna will share insights into why it makes sense to invest in women and girls at the bottom of the pyramid, highlighting some innovative projects from the field, and some best practices for decreasing the gender pay gap and giving women, and mothers in particular, a greater chance at breaking the proverbial glass ceiling.
