Fiona Frick has been the Group CEO of Unigestion since 2011. She started her career at the company in 1990 as a fundamental analyst covering traditional asset classes, before becoming an investment manager for bond funds. In 1995, she led the creation of the Unigestion’s equity activities and developed an investment process based on the Minimum Variance anomaly. Fiona holds an MBA from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris and a degree in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Dijon. She has also completed a number of executive education programmes at the IMD Business School in Lausanne. Fiona is a regular speaker at conferences such as the Milken conference, the CFA Institute, Fund Forum, 100 Women in Alternatives, Bloomberg Invest, IPE and the Robin Hood Investors Conference. She also serves on the Board of Sustainable Finance Geneva. Fiona has been recognised by Financial News on numerous occasions as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in European Finance.
